N’tcha Mathias Hears His Voice
N’tcha Mathias like each of us is precious in God’s sight. The love God has for us keeps him searching for us. Such was the case for Mathias who had trusted Jesus two years ago. However, after a while, he discontinued fellowship with the brethren and went his way.
“What man among you, if he has a hundred sheep and has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open pasture and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? Luke 15:4
Jesus the good shepherd went in search of him, found him and brought him back to the fold. His return has brought great joy to us in Benin Republic.
Ten souls won in February
The missions in Benin keeps on actively proclaiming Christ and discipling people. Under the leadership of Chuks and Ogbonna many souls have heard the gospel and lots have put their trust in Christ.
Mid February, after the explanation of the gospel by Chuks, 10 children put their trust in Jesus. They are now being discipled and are growing daily.
I tell you that in the same way, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance. Luke 15:7
God saves Chuks Ogbonna from armed bandits.
A thousand may fall at your side
And ten thousand at your right hand,
But it shall not approach you.
8 You will only look on with your eyes
And see the recompense of the wicked.
Psalms 91:7-8.
Chuks and Rose Ogbonna lead the missions in Benin Republic. Some time in January during the visit of Dr. Stan and Meg Nwoji to Nigeria, Chuks went to Nigeria to meet with and work alongside them.
While on his way back, God used the stomach upset of a co-passenger to divert their bus from the hands of armed bandits.

Lord, thank you for giving me the testimony I never had. I desire that my testimony be used to save thousands of babies lives, but if only one is saved then the sacrifice is worth it. She often wrote prayers of thanksgiving in her journal thanking Christ for the suffering He endured for her that enabled her suffering not be more than it was.
