In Benin Republic God has granted us favour to break through significant barriers of multi religions and multi language barriers :
1) Church Planting. The MFCM has a thriving church in Natitingou, which is a Muslim city. It is also a stronghold of many African Traditional Worshipers. They have been sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in French and in the local language. The very hard work that these brethren are doing can be illustrated with what happened in the church in the last mission outreach. For everyone in the church to understand the message, we had to interpret from English to French and from French to the local language.A new Chapel building is currently being built and will also house the nursery school.
2) Cross-Cultural Discipleship. Pastor Chuks and Rose are not satisfied with merely winning souls, they have labored hard to make sure that those who are won to Christ are also discipled for him. They run discipleship classes in their home.
4) Food & Health For The Less Privileged. We do this periodically because of the level of poverty. Many children are malnourished here because of low economic situation of the parents. The MFCM in Nigeria and United States held a medical outreach in Natitingou with the help of local healthcare professionals. We plan to develop a clinic here to serve the massive need for basic health care.
